I'm with you!<br />I have also started a healthy diet and exercise routine and have succeeded in losing 4kgs in 1 and half months.. :)<br />I jog for 15mins in morning, do 30mins of yoga and in the evenings I play/swim or jog again with my husband!Also I do a lot of walking around in my whole day(though I do cheat a few times but i make sure i do atleast one of these in a day sincerely)<br />For diet the key is to strictly stay away from junk/sugar/cola/alcohol!
